Morning Routine: Waking Up the Body

Hydrate with a glass of water to boost metabolism.
Light stretching or yoga to improve flexibility and reduce stiffness.
A protein-packed breakfast for sustained energy.

 Workout Session: Pushing Limits

Cardio Boost – 20–30 minutes of treadmill running or cycling.
Strength Training – Targeting different muscle groups (legs, arms, core).
HIIT Workout – Short bursts of high-intensity exercise to burn fat fast.

 Healthy Eating: Fueling My Body

Lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs for muscle recovery.
Staying hydrated with plenty of water throughout the day.
Pre- and post-workout snacks for sustained energy.

 Evening Recovery: Mind and Body Balance

Cooling down with stretches to prevent soreness.
Meditation or deep breathing to relax and reduce stress.
A good night’s sleep to allow the body to recover.
